Company Stamp: Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know
A company stamp is used to verify official documents like contracts, bank forms, and invoices. It usually contains your company name and registration number (SSM/UEN). It gives your documents a professional and official look.
It depends on your needs! For high-quality signatures and logos, the AE Gel is the premium choice. For daily office paperwork, the COLOP Self-Inking stamp is our best-seller because it is durable and easy to use.
Usually, you need your Full Company Name and your Company Registration Number (e.g., 202401xxxxxx). Some businesses also choose to add their address, contact number, or a professional logo.
Yes! We can create a "Signature Stamp" that combines your official signature with the company details. This saves you a lot of time if you have many documents to sign every day.
We have both! Round stamps are very popular for official "Certified True Copy" or "Common Seal" looks, while rectangular stamps are great for adding addresses or bank account details.
Please upload your logo as a JPG, PNG, or PDF. Make sure the file is clear and sharp. For stamps, a simple black-and-white version of your logo usually looks the best and most professional.
We produce stamps every night, so your order is usually ready for postage by the next working day. If you are in a rush, we also have a 1-hour Express Service for selected models (for self-pick up only).
Most of our company stamps are self-inking or pre-inked. When the print becomes light, you don't need to buy a new stamp. You can just add a few drops of refill ink or replace the small ink pad inside to make it print like new again.
If you use our COLOP Self-Inking models, you don't need to buy a whole new stamp. You can just order a new replacement rubber with your new address and swap it onto your current handle. This is much cheaper!
You can pay securely via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, and Grab Pay.
