I ordered 3 name tags with white background for my company. Unfortunately I picked the wrong design (?) and received the tag with golden background. My logo and slogan was herewith almost invisible. I mentioned the mistake made to A&E. After little hassle they agreed to replace the name tag. I received them today, a few days after my complaint, and they look excellent. Thank you A&E!

The metal tag was great, however the delivery was made to 50 Goodman Road, Chung Cheng High School, instead of 90 Goodman Road, Goodman Arts Centre.
Fortunately, the staff in Chung Cheng High found my mobile on the invoice and notify me to collect it from them. So all is good.
I would appreciate if the deliverer could double check the address or the person that was collecting is the correct personnel, before heading off!
