AE Stamp website says I would get the product in 5-7 days due to Covid. No problem with the timing so I made the order. After the order, I get an email that says they won't ship for 15 days not the 5-7 days as their website noted. Now, I get this form asking me to "judge me" for my service/product. Given that I haven't yet received the product, I can't judge the quality, but the service is not what I was expecting. I had order from AE Stamp before and I had no issue in the past which is why i used them this time. Let's when my order will actually arrive......
